I would like to take this opportunity to express my gratitude for the excellent training Immediate Life Support (ILS) provided by Carlos Mapano. Carlos’s subject-matter knowledge and proficiency have been helpful to me in understanding and putting what I’ve learned into practice. Your humour, zeal, support, and upbeat approach you have added to the training made it enjoyable and engaging.

I feel more confident in dealing with critical patients i.e. on how to involve clinical assessment, investigation, and intervention with unwell patients.

I attended a BLS training session with Carlos Mapano from A to E Training at Mile End Hospital and wanted to send some feedback as I really enjoyed the session. Carlos was very informative and knowledgeable, and he made the session enjoyable and memorable. His explanations were very clear, and I felt that the notes on the board supported my learning and recollection well. I have kept a copy of this for future reference.

I completed the fire warden training with Timi Valassidis. I just want to say what an absolutely brilliant teacher he is. The training was very informative and kept us engaged the whole time. I really enjoyed this course and will be recommending it to my colleagues.

I did BLS training with A to E Training Solutions, and I would rate most of the units 10/10 and some 9/10. The trainer was patient and understanding. She was willing to repeat herself for the trainees to get the knowledge they required. I would recommend the course to others.

A to E have provided mandatory life support training across the healthcare student school, in both Adult and Paediatric specialities. They have worked with the university to provide engaging and pertinent e-learning in line with the core skills training framework and then provided credible and professional, registered staff to provide F2F teaching and undertake assessment.

We can’t wait for our next CPR update in December – hopefully presented again by Chris Kurt-Gabel… it’s the highlight of our year! Chris always lead an action and information packed afternoon of theory, practice and fun – including surprise scenarios that we have to jump in and deal with. Their instruction is clear; their info is up to date; and they insist that we demonstrate our understanding and skills to a high standard. We always end up with the confidence that we can make a difference and really save lives…

Nuffield health appointed A to E as its resuscitation provider in 2017 and since that time, A to E have fully supported us in various ways. This includes the provision of training, policy, construction and simulation activity. A to E have adopted an agile and flexible approach and where able attempted to fully meet our needs. The instructors are punctual, tidy and always go that extra mile to ensure the best quality of training is provided, our staff simply love them! The support team are professional and are always on hand to answer queries with grace and tolerance.
