Kay Sangha is a FCMA with over 35 years’ experience as commercial finance leader with board, trustee, strategic, operational and control experience covering both growth and turnaround scenarios within SMEs and established hi-tech businesses. Kay was awarded CFO of the year in 2016 by Finance Monthly after successfully completing sale of digital transformation specialist IPL Information Processing. Kay successfully completed an exit of a privately owned E&P Data Management specialist software and data services company in February 2020. Prior to joining IPL, Kay was global CFO at ShipServ, lnc and GoIndustry PLC. Kay has held a non-executive director role with Ninety-Four Finance Ltd social finance charity.
Kay is part of the leadership team of the company and participate in annual business planning to ensure the company attains its objectives as cost-effectively and efficiently as possible and support CEO and functional leaders to develop clear business plans, structuring commercial deals priorities, and accurate forecasts. Kay supports the Board with proactive management of risk and cash flow position and various fundraising possibilities and financial risk simulations.
Kay in her spare time supports workshops for young people on life skills , mental illness , stress management and numeracy as a Covid-19 volunteer for South Bucks council .
