Victoria King is a PhD trained scientist with over 15 years’ experience in biomedical research funding, supporting healthcare delivery within the NHS, and strategy development and implementation.
Victoria is part of the leadership team of the company and provides independent oversight and constructive challenge to ensure the organisation is being well-run by the executive management team.
Victoria is currently also Director of Funding and Impact at Barts Charity, and previously held scientific strategy and delivery roles at the Wellcome Trust, NIHR and a number of medical research charities. Prior to these roles Victoria undertook a PhD in biochemistry focused on cellular signalling pathways.
A to E have provided mandatory life support training across the healthcare student school, in both Adult and Paediatric specialities. They have worked with the university to provide engaging and pertinent e-learning in line with the core skills training framework and then provided credible and professional, registered staff to provide F2F teaching and undertake assessment.
